What is tokenized SNES?
Tokenized SenesTech, Inc. (SNES) provides on-chain exposure to the
underlying listed security. The issued asset token is a claim against S01 Issuer
GmbH on the terms set out in its base prospectus; holders are unsecured contractual
creditors of the Issuer. On The River it trades as
wtSNES, a vault wrapper whose
exchange rate to the issued token can change over time.
How trading works on The River
- Best price across venues. Each trade goes to
the best net price between the issuer's orderbook (quoted during US market hours) and onchain
DEX pools (around the clock, when there is liquidity). The site says plainly when there
is none.
- Non-custodial. Your assets stay in
smart-contract vaults you control; The River never takes custody.
- On-chain & composable. Settle on the
selected network and use your tokenized SNES across DeFi.
- Orders and strategies that wait for you. Limit
orders, recurring buys and other strategies live onchain as your own orders and fill when
the market reaches them; cancel any time.
SNES token questions
- Which SNES tokens can I trade on The River?
- wtSNES (ST0x). The River compares them side by side and routes each trade to the best net price across onchain venues.
- Can I trade SNES outside US market hours?
- Yes, when there is onchain liquidity. The orderbook's market makers quote during US market hours; outside them trades route through DEX pools, and the site tells you when nobody is offering a trade. Limit orders and strategies wait onchain and fill when the market comes back.
- What does it cost to trade SNES here?
- A 0.10% The River fee on routed trades and orderbook fills, shown before you sign, plus network gas. Placing your own limit order or strategy has no The River fee.
- Who can hold SNES tokens?
- Each issuer sets who may hold its token, and the trade page shows those rules before you buy. The River never takes custody: tokens stay in your wallet or in orders you control.
