The River is an independent interface for trading tokenised securities onchain, at any hour, from a wallet you control. It routes each trade to the best net price it can find across the venues it supports, and shows you the price, slippage and any fees before your wallet opens.
No. The River is independently operated. It is built on the ST0x interface codebase, but it is not run by, endorsed by or affiliated with ST0x, SARK X, or S01 Issuer GmbH.
S01 Issuer GmbH, registered in Berlin under HRB 270925 B, issues them under a base prospectus approved by the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein.
The contracts are deployed on supported public blockchains and execute autonomously. No group entity or affiliate operates order matching, controls execution, or exercises discretion over access to those contracts. This website is one of several possible interfaces to the same public contracts.
Tokenised exposure to U.S.-listed stocks, exchange-traded funds and commodity trusts. These markets trade wrapped vault shares whose exchange rate to the issued token can change over time.
A token is a claim against S01 Issuer GmbH on the terms set out in the base prospectus. Holders are unsecured contractual creditors of the Issuer.
The Issuer holds a corresponding position in the underlying security with a regulated U.S. broker-dealer, for its own account, as a hedge against its obligations. That position is held for the Issuer, not on trust for holders. It is not pledged or charged in favour of holders and it is not segregated from the Issuer’s estate. If the Issuer became insolvent, holders would rank alongside its other unsecured creditors.
Liquidity comes from onchain venues, today mainly orders on the Raindex orderbook placed by market makers. When a market is closed, thin or unavailable, the interface says so rather than showing a price it cannot fill.
No. The River is non-custodial. You keep control of your assets in your own wallet and in smart contract vaults you own.
Connect your DeFi wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect). Access requirements and eligibility restrictions apply. See the Base Prospectus and Final Terms for the jurisdictions and investor categories in which the tokens may be offered.
The River does not currently add an interface fee. You pay network gas, and the price you receive reflects the liquidity provider’s spread. Any future fee will be shown before you sign and announced in advance.
The River is non-custodial. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys.
